実はもう一つお願いがあります。
昨日、My eBayのメッセージBOXに私からのフィードバックの修正依頼のメールが
とどいていると思います。
先ほどeBayの担当に確認しました。
お客様にとどいているメールをクリックして
フィードバックの修正処理をすると、ニュートラルからポジティブに変更されるそうです。
そうすると評価のマークの色がグレーから緑に変わります。
お手数ですが、この変更処理をお願いいたします。

I have just confirmed with the support from eBay that the feedback can be amended from neutral to positive by clicking on the feedback amendment option shown on the message you have received. Then the rating mark will change from gray to green.
Sorry to bother you, but please take these steps for amendment.
