TIEでは最も悪いムダと呼んでいる。

Excessive production causes more pallets or cartons to be needed, increases the carriage, advances the pre-consumption of materials, and increases warehousing and storage space.
In TIE, we name it the worst excess.

People tend to have negative feelings towards it, being quota-like or being forced to do so.
