As for Internet, how about renting a wifi device?
You can install a Internet line, but the initial cost would be ¥10,000-20,000 and also the procedure would be troublesome.
I suggest that you temporarily rent a wifi device for now and if you like it, change the contract to a long-term rent.

Regarding the Internet, why don't you borrow a device of the rental WiFi?
You can install the Internet circuit, but it costs between 10,000 and 20,000 Yen as the initial fee and its arrangement takes time and lots of works.
So at first, it is a good idea to borrow the device of the WiFi for a short time, and
change to a long term contract if you like.

Regarding the Internet, how do you think to rent a WiFi device?
To get Internet communication lines might be another option, though that requires initial cost of 10,000 to 20,000 Japanese yen, as well as troublesome procedure.
In the meantime, why do not rent a WiFi device first for a short time, and then switch to a long-term contract when you are satisfied with it?
