I checked with an person in charge at Japanese postal office.
Some parts are not filled out in the delivery slip, the package was returned once.
I asked the person in charge at the Japanese postal office to fill out correctly and ship it to Republic of Georgia again.

There were missing information on delivery slip so the parcel had been returned once.
I have instructed the person in charge at Japan Post to write correct information and resend it to Georgia.

The package was returned due to omission in a delivery slip.
I already give Japan Post direction to fill a delivery slip correctly and send again to Georgia.

The package had been returned because there was an error in the shipping label.
I have told the person to correct the error, and ship the packege again for Gruziya.
