Since there are same goods in a large amount and number of accomodated was increased, there are mistake in counting the number of boxes.
Same goods were in piled boxes and odd amount of goods was placed in the lower box and we recorded the number of actual supplies which was written on the suppliers slip.

Mistake in box counting due to many same items and capacity increase
Several boxes of same item was stacked and there was a half-filled box in the bottom. However, operator counted the number of identification card attached to all the boxes including the half-filled one.
