Yesterday, I had my assistant ● requested you to release the security lock.
With regard to those 9 items which could have been possibly registered by an illegal access, I am contacting you about it now as I was told the lock would be released if I e-mailed you to explain the registration was made by me.
Please confirm the below registered items, and kindly release the lock.
I am sick and tired because each and every personnel at your end tells me different instructions.
I hope this e-mail will be the end of the trail of communication.
I truly hope to get this matter solved without any more issues.
