しかしながら、私はお伝えすべきことがあります。
先日のメールでメーカーの認定書が付属するとお答えしましたが誤りでした。
日本のサプライヤーとメーカーのD社にも確認をしたのですが、元々、認定証は発行していないとの事です。ボディの中のラベルに手書きでシリアルNOを記載しているため認定書は作っていないとの事です。
あなたのギターの現物の写真を添付します。
ギターの発送を進めてよろしいでしょうか？

Today I received a new hard case.
I could ship it to the US tomorrow.
However, I have something to tell you.
I told you in the previous email that it would come with a manufacturer’s certification, but I was wrong.
I checked with the Japanese supplier and manufacturer D, but I was told that they don’t issue a certificate. That’s because they use a handwritten serial number on the label inside the body.
I have attached photos of your guitar.
May I proceed with the shipping of the guitar?

Today we have received the brand new hard case in stock again.
The item can be shipped for US by tomorrow.
However, there is one thing I should let you know.
In the previous e-mail I mentioned that the manufacturer's certificate is attached, but it was wrong.
I confirmed with both the Japanese supplier and D the manufacturer, and found out that the certificate is not issued originally. A certificate is not created as the serial number is manually written on the label on the body.
Attached is the picture of your actual guitar.
May I proceed forward to ship the guitar then?
The item can be shipped for US by tomorrow.
