サンプルを郵送し、素材は何にするか聞かれ、回答すると
その後、返信が頂けなくなりました。
最低ロットが100以上という事も理解していますし、
まず返信がなぜ頂けないかを知りたいです。
生産が不可能であればこちらから郵送したサンプルを返送してください。

We have asked Mr/Mrs ●● at your office for your company's quotation.
We have send a sample and we have not been able to receive any replies after we gave an answer concerning what material to be used.
We do understand that the minimum order is 100.
Could you kindly give us an explanation on why we have not been given any replies.
If the production cannot be done by you please send us back the sample that we have send you.

I asked ●● to make an estimation by e-mail.
I have already sent a sample. And then I answered what material we use for it.
But I didn't receive any reply yet.
I understand at least it should be 100 lots. Could you just let me know why you don't give me a reply.
