2014年5月に夫婦で利用しました。
ベルリンは非常に広く、個人で回るととても時間がかかると思いますが、セグウェイを使えば主要な個所を見るだけであれば実質半日で回ることができ、その点からも強くお勧めします。
私たち夫婦は各地でセグウェイに乗っており、これが７、８回目だったのですぐに乗れましたが、初めての人には最初に３０分かけて練習する時間がありますので心配ありません。とは言え、公道を走りますので最初の時点できちんと乗りこなせるようにしておく必要はあると思います。

Berlin is a vast city. Thus it takes a lot of time to look around by your own. However, if you use Segway, it takes only half a day to visit main spots. From this point of view, I strongly recommend this.
We have ridden on Segway in several places. So it was no problem to ride it on this time. Also for the beginners, you have a 30 minutes training. Therefore you don't have to worry about it. But you must get trained well because you ride it on public road.
