＊＊さんや他の寮のメンバーに話を聞きましたが貴方の言うとおり、皆さんのスケジュールへの配慮が出来ていなかったようです。
今後は、皆さんの予定をきちんと伺ったうえで日程を決めるように＊＊さんには指示をしておきました。
今後も社員寮に関しては＊＊さんが作業することがあるかと思いますが、何かあれば私に直接貰えれば対応します。

I talked to XX and other dormitory members, and as you say, he didn’t take everyone’s schedule into consideration.
I told XX to check with everyone about their schedule before deciding on the dates in the future.
XX will be working regarding the employee dormitory, but if there is any concern, please contact me directly so that I can respond.

I told xx to decide the schedule after checking their schedule from now.

I heard the view of ** and members of another dormitories, and as you say, it seems that we lacked consideration for the schedule for all of you.
I gave instruction to ** to decide the schedule from now on after asking your schedule.
I think ** will continue to work at corporate dormitory at diverse times. However if you have any issue, I can deal with it directly.
