上記のオーダーに関してですが、
配送記録を見ると、到着済みとなっているのですが、
買い手が受け取っていないと言っており、配送状況を調査している状態です。
それなのに、何度も何度も状況はどうなったとか、
返事が来なかったらどうするんだ？とメッセージを送られて困っております。
私の方から返事をすると何度も言っているのにも関わらずです。
このままだと、私がおかしくなりそうです。
どうか、助けて下さい。
過去のメッセージを記載しますのでご確認下さい。

Regarding my above purchase,
when we checked the delivery records, it shows up that the product has been delivered already,
but it says that it was not received by the buyer. I am now inquiring about this situation.
However, sending many confirmations is troublesome.
And yet, there is still no reply despite sending you lots of messages.
If it will go on like this, I'll probably go mad.
Please, please help me.

Regarding the above order, it is already delivered according to the shipping record. However the buyer claims he has not received it yet, so the delivery status is currently under investigation.
Nevertheless, he keeps giving me a hard time by shooting me a bunch of messages asking for the status update over and over and complaining what if they don't reply.
I have been repeatedly explained him I shall respond though.
He is driving me nuts.
Please save me.

Regarding to the order above, when I checked the shipping records its statue says it was completed, but the buyer says didn't receive it and it's being under an investigation.
But I have been receiving many messages asking "what's going on, what if you don't reply to ".
I already told him/her I will contact him/her.
it is driving me crazy.
Please help me.

Regarding above order, when I looked at the delivery record, It has arrived but the buyer has not received yet and it is in condition investigating the delivery status.
I am getting trouble to have to send the message that "inspite of that, many many times how did the status become?What should I do when I can not reply.
Although I have talked many times when I reply from my way, there is no relation.
If this still happens, I will become so strange.
Please do something to help me.
