上記のオーダーに関してですが、
配送記録を見ると、到着済みとなっているのですが、
買い手が受け取っていないと言っており、配送状況を調査している状態です。
それなのに、何度も何度も状況はどうなったとか、
返事が来なかったらどうするんだ？とメッセージを送られて困っております。

私の方から返事をすると何度も言っているのにも関わらずです。

このままだと、私がおかしくなりそうです。

どうか、助けて下さい。

Regarding to the order above, when I checked the shipping records its statue says it was completed, but the buyer says didn't receive it and it's being under an investigation.
But I have been receiving many messages asking "what's going on, what if you don't reply to ".
I already told him/her I will contact him/her.

it is driving me crazy.

Please help me.
