過去の取引では関税がかかったという話は聞いたことがないのですが、税関担当者の裁量も入るようなので確実に無料とは言えません。
もしよろしければ、今回アメリカ住所のままで決済していただき、こちらは商品をTAITO-KUの住所に送らせていただくこともできますが、それでもよろしいでしょうか？ 国内はヤマト運輸を使いますが、過去に配送事故になったことがないので非常に信頼できます。

We apologize for the late reply. Regarding the custom, we think the fee won't be assessed but we are not for sure. Although we have never heard that custom fees have been assessed in the past, we cannot guarantee that it won't happen since we have heard that it's depend on the officer at Custom.
If you prefer, we can leave your address as is in the US and make the settlement. Then, we can ship the item to your address in Taito-ku in Tokyo. Will it work for you? We will use Yamato Express. We've never had any issues with them so we trust their delivery service.

I have never heard of tariffs being applied in the past, it cannot be said with certainty that it will not happen because it is at the discretion of the customs personnel.
If you do want, or we can settle using the American address, and then I can send the goods to the address of TAITO-KU, what do you think? For domestic shipping I use Yamato Transport, which is very reliable because there have not been delivery problems ever.

Sorry for the late reply. Regarding the customs duties, I believe that it probably will not be charged; however, it is not a confirmed statement. I have not heard of past tradings being taxed before; however, it sometimes depends on the customs officers, therefore I cannot say that it will be free for certain. If it is okay with you, this time we can go through clearance with the address in America, and I will mail the product to the address in TAITO-KU. Is this solution okay with you? The domestic Yamato Transport will be used. We have never had any transportation accidents with them, so they are very trustworthy.
