メールは何度もしてるけど、お話するのは始めてですね。
前回送ったメールでは混乱させてしまってすいません。
「出来ない」と打ったつもりが「できる」と打って送ってしまいました。
工事担当者には早く製品の出荷スケジュールを知らせて欲しいとお願いしましたが、スケジュールを確認できるのは早くて(遅くて)来週の19日になりそうです。
確認次第お知らせします。
今回のリクエスト頂いた製品はスペアパーツのため、工場にオーダーをして0から製造し始めます。
そのため、出荷までに少し時間がかかります

I thought I typed "It can't be done", but it seems I sent written "It can be done".
I have asked to the responsible for the works about the schedule for the shipments, but I am afraid that it will be possible to check the schedule at soonest (latest) on 19th, next week.
Once I have it, I will let you know.
As the products requested this time are spare parts, the factory will start producing from nothing after the order is placed.
That is the reason it will take some time.
