メールは何度もしてるけど、お話するのは始めてですね。
前回送ったメールでは混乱させてしまってすいません。
「出来ない」と打ったつもりが「できる」と打って送ってしまいました。

工事担当者には早く製品の出荷スケジュールを知らせて欲しいとお願いしましたが、スケジュールを確認できるのは早くて(遅くて)来週の19日になりそうです。
確認次第お知らせします。

今回のリクエスト頂いた製品はスペアパーツのため、工場にオーダーをして0から製造し始めます。
そのため、出荷までに少し時間がかかります
