発送伝票の品名欄や備考欄に「◯◯ 扱い分」と明記して欲しいです。
受取人が伝票を見て分かる場所に必ず明記してして下さい。
配達日の指定は出来ないとは思いますが、
1月19日に配達希望と伝票のどこかに記載していただけたら助かります。
グアムへの発送となりますが、1月19日までに届きますよね？
