発送伝票の品名欄や備考欄に「◯◯ 扱い分」と明記して欲しいです。
受取人が伝票を見て分かる場所に必ず明記してして下さい。
配達日の指定は出来ないとは思いますが、
1月19日に配達希望と伝票のどこかに記載していただけたら助かります。
グアムへの発送となりますが、1月19日までに届きますよね？

I don't believe I can specify the delivery date, but it would be of great help if you could state somewhere on the slip that the item is expected to be delivered on January 19.
The parcel would be shipped for Guam, and it should be delivered by January 19, right?
