このScriptはアクセス数が増えるとサーバーにかなりの負荷がかかります。
他の人に問題なく稼動できているサーバーを教えてもらってそこで運用するのが一番簡単だと思います。
（私は日本のサーバーを使ってるので参考になりません）
Javascriptを読み込む秒数を変更すれば解決するかもしれませんがそれはTomがサポートするべき問題です。
ただデモサイトも表示されないことが多いのできちんと運用できていないですね。

It should be the easiest if someone else tell us a server functioning without any issues and manage it there.
(As I use a Japanese server, it cannot be a reference).
It may be solved by changing the seconds it takes to read Javascript, but it is a problem that should be supported by Tom.

This Script will put alot of burden to server when there are numerous acceses.
I think it's most simple to ask the information of a another server to other people who operates
(I can't informe you because I use japanese server.)
It might to resolve to change the number of seconds of read on Javascript, but it's a Tom's problem to support.
But it can't operate because it can't show the demonstration sites

This script causes heavy load onto the server then access increases. The easiest solution would be to ask around to find a sever that can handle the load to run it. (I use a server in Japan, so it wouldn't help you.)
Maybe changing reading parameter on Javascript a few second may solve the problem, but that should be left for Tom's support.
In any case, even a demo site does not display correctly in many time, so it is indeed not running correctly.
