日本郵便に確認しましたところ、カザフスタンにはEMSサービスの取扱いが無いとのことです。
SAL便であればトラッキング番号と荷物の保険も付けられます。
ホリデーシーズンですので、荷物のお届けに時間がかかるかもしれないとの事です。
商品の手配をこのまま進めても問題ないでしょうか？

As I confirmed with Japan Post, it is said that EMS service is not available in Kazakhstan.
If you wish to ship it via SAL, you could attach a tracking number and luggage insurance.
Due to the holiday season, the luggage may take longer to get delivered.

For SAL we are able to provide you its tracking number and attach insurance for parcel.
Since it's a holiday season, it will take longer time till the arrival of your parcel.
