トラッキングしてみたところ、11/25日に"Delivery DengChaoGan"と表示され、私の住所とは違う所に配達されているようです。
郵便事故のようでしたら、いったん返金をお願いします。

It looks like the item was dispatched on November 18th, but I still have not received it.
As I checked tracking, status showed "Delivery DengChaoGan" as of November 25th, and it seems like it was delivered to the address which is not mine. If it's postal accident, I will make refund for now.
