The Resident must pay the fees listed in 3.5 as follows:

(a) In advance for the entire Residential Period within five (5) business days of the commencement of each
Residential Period. If the fees are not paid on time, a late payment fee of $50 will be charged; or

(b) In two instalments respectively due within five (5) business days after the commencement of each
Residential Period. If the fees are not paid on time a late payment fee of $50 per Residential Period will be
charged.

(a)　各居住期間の初日から５営業以内日に全同期間の費用を、事前に、支払わなければならない。
所定の期日に支払わない場合、５０ドルの遅滞料金が課せられる。

(b) 各居住期間の初日から５営業日以内に各２か月分を支払わなければならない。
所定の期日に支払わない場合、居住期間ごとに５０ドルの遅滞料金が課せられる。
