御社で作成している税関提出用のインボイスですが、セール等の割引が反映されておらず、
割引前の高い金額で記載されています。また、ポイントでいただいたものまで正規の価格で
記載されています。
本来は割引後の価格でインボイスを作成するものだと思いますし、以前はそのようになっ
ていたように思うのですが、どこかのタイミングで変わったのでしょうか？
現在は、想定よりも高い税金を払うことになり、大変困っております。
今後は実際に支払った価格でインボイスを作成していただけませんでしょうか？

Regarding the invoice you issue for submitting to the customs, sales discount etc is not reflected and the price written is high price before discount. Also, what's given by pont is also written as regular price.
I think originally the invoice should be based on the price after discount and I think it used to be that way, has it been changed at some point?
Currently I have to pay higher tax than expected and this is giving me a trouble.
Will you make an invoice based on the price actually paid in the future?

Regarding to your invoice for customs, it shows the higher price before the discount of the sales.
It also shows the regular price of the items which I received in exchanges of the points.
I believe the invoice should show the price after the discount and I think it was like that before,
but when has it been changed the system?
I am in a trouble to pay higher than expected tax now.
Would you please create an invoice in the actually paid price in the future?
