I sent you a few emails saying that BDP-S3100 in Region A is not in stock we have only BDP-S3200 which is the new version and that we will send you that one. We sent the email through amazon and we sent it to you directly.

We do have BDP-S3100 but we have the version that is region Free blu-ray and Region free dvd which is $40 more.

Let me know if you want to exchange for that one. Or if you want to keep the 3200 is is the same exact player and specs, just newer model.
