先日購入したアイテム番号xxxの商品ですが、届いた箱の中身を確認したところ、入っていたのはパーツが入ったビニール袋と説明書のみで、肝心のモーターであるパワーユニットが入っていませんでした。これでは、全く使い物にならず商品として欠陥品です。また、パーツはもう一つcapが入った小さい袋があるはずですが、これもありません。商品説明には開封跡があるが新品とあり、これらの説明はありません。返品による全額返金又は欠品補償として一部返金（100$）をお願いします。速やかにご返事下さい。

I confirmed the content of package delivered , which purchased the item
of No.xxx the other day, but there is not the main power unit of motor except
for the part inserted into plastic sheet and the instruction manual.
So this item cannot be used and is a defective one.
In addition, it was supposed to be another part of cap inserted in small
sheet, but this is not included.
In the item description, it states that there are signs of the seal having been
tampered with. but it is new one.
Since these matter are not described in it, please refund the full amount paid
or as part($100) of the payment in a compensation for missing part.
We'd appreciate your reply as soon as possible.

The product (item no. xxx) I bought ealier, I found that only plastic bag put parts and an instruction. The power unit, the motoer and the most important item was not composed. This can't be used and is totaly defective. In addition, the small bag including cap was also should be composed but it was not. The instruction seems to be opened and says it is new, but no explanaton. I' d like to be refund all money by send you back, or pay back part of cost of $100 as compensation of defective product. I appreciate of your quick response.

It's about a article at reference number xxx what i receaved.I checked the contents and there were just, some parts in a plastic bag and description, There were n't a power unit motor what i need. It's defect and i can't use it.

The item number of product we purchased last day is xxx, but afther checking inside the arrived box, there is only parts in a plastic bag and manual book, the power engine which is the essencial of motor wasn't inserted. As a product that completely cannot be used, this is a defective product. In addition, there is a part of one cap supposed to be inserted in small plastic bag, but it was not inserted too. The manual book is opening mark, but the product is new, there is no description of it. Regarding the returning goods, please kindly refund the total amount and one part refund ($100) as a compensation. Please reply as soon as possible.
