先日購入したアイテム番号xxxの商品ですが、届いた箱の中身を確認したところ、入っていたのはパーツが入ったビニール袋と説明書のみで、肝心のモーターであるパワーユニットが入っていませんでした。これでは、全く使い物にならず商品として欠陥品です。また、パーツはもう一つcapが入った小さい袋があるはずですが、これもありません。商品説明には開封跡があるが新品とあり、これらの説明はありません。返品による全額返金又は欠品補償として一部返金（100$）をお願いします。速やかにご返事下さい。

And there isn't another cap in a small plastic bag that it must be included in this order. You didn't explain about these missing parts although the description was saying that the package was opened but it is a new article. I have to ask you the return of full payment or a refund of $100 as a compensation for this defective article.
