先日購入したアイテム番号xxxの商品ですが、届いた箱の中身を確認したところ、入っていたのはパーツが入ったビニール袋と説明書のみで、肝心のモーターであるパワーユニットが入っていませんでした。これでは、全く使い物にならず商品として欠陥品です。また、パーツはもう一つcapが入った小さい袋があるはずですが、これもありません。商品説明には開封跡があるが新品とあり、これらの説明はありません。返品による全額返金又は欠品補償として一部返金（100$）をお願いします。速やかにご返事下さい。

The item number of product we purchased last day is xxx, but afther checking inside the arrived box, there is only parts in a plastic bag and manual book, the power engine which is the essencial of motor wasn't inserted. As a product that completely cannot be used, this is a defective product. In addition, there is a part of one cap supposed to be inserted in small plastic bag, but it was not inserted too. The manual book is opening mark, but the product is new, there is no description of it. Regarding the returning goods, please kindly refund the total amount and one part refund ($100) as a compensation. Please reply as soon as possible.
