The client is also considering he introduction of IP-PBX, so they seems that they want to decide whether to use PBX or IP-PBX after confirming the quotation. Therefore, it does not mean to say for changing to IP-PBX. They want to have the quotation of IP-PBX for the price and functional comparisons.

The customer is considering purchansing IP-PBX and hope to decide after comfirming the two estimates between PBX and IP-PBX.
So for now it is not the change to IP-PBX.
