昨日商品が届きました。
箱を開けたのですが、残念ながらMCINTOSHのガラスパネルが割れていました。
画像を添付しましたので、ご確認下さい。
輸送中に破損したのだと思われます。
当方も発送業者に連絡しましたが、貴方様もご対応いただけませんか？
ガラスが割れてしまい大変危険な状況です。
大変困っております。

Yesterday the product arrived.
I opened the box and unfortunately the McIntosh glass panel was cracked.
Please review the attached image.
Probably it was broken during transit.
I contacted the transport company, and could you do the same?
As the glass is broken, it is very dangerous.
I do not know what to do about this.

I received the item yesterday.
I opened the box but unfortunately the glass panel of MCINTOSH was broken.Please refer to the attached image.
I guess it was damaged during transportation.
I contacted the sender from my side, but will you kindly take care of this matter as well?
