昨日商品が届きました。
箱を開けたのですが、残念ながらMCINTOSHのガラスパネルが割れていました。
画像を添付しましたので、ご確認下さい。
輸送中に破損したのだと思われます。
当方も発送業者に連絡しましたが、貴方様もご対応いただけませんか？
ガラスが割れてしまい大変危険な状況です。
大変困っております。
ご連絡お待ちしております。

I have received the product yesterday.
When I opened the box, I found the glass panel of MCINTOSH was broken unfortunately.
Please find the attached image.
I guess it was damaged during the transport.
I have already contacted the carrier, and could you please contact them as well?
It is a very dangerous situation with cracked glass.
I am very frustrated.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
