A. Following the tracking number, your item is found out to be going through the customs as of 9/19. As we confirmed with Japan post, they advised to inquire Korea Post for shipments that have already arrived in Korea. We are sorry to bother you, but would you please contact them?

C. We opened the package in order to validate, however the item itself is brand new and in a very nice condition. Of course it passed the validation test with no problem. It requires two AAA batteries (please get them at your end).

After then, when I have inquired to the Japan Post, they said that it was better to inquire to the Korean Post for the package already arrived in Korea.
