A.追跡番号で調べたところ、9/19に通関手続き中になっております。日本の郵便局に問い合わせたところ、すでに韓国に到着している荷物は韓国ソウルの郵便局に問い合わせてほしいとのことでした。お手数ですが、あなたの方で郵便局に問い合わせていただけますか？

B.9/20に商品は無事届いたようですね。

C.動作をチェックするために開封しましたが新品の非常に綺麗な状態のお品です。もちろん動作にも問題ありませんでした。単4乾電池が二つ必要な商品です。（電池はお客様でご用意ください）
