お世話になります。
7/5に購入したJet speed 10.5度のうち1点で初期不良が発生致しました。
練習場で50球ほど打った後、ヘッド内部から「カラカラ」という異常音が発生しました。
写真を貼付しますのでヘッドの状態をご確認願います。
在庫があれば、交換をしたいです。もしなければ返送後に返金をお願いします。
また、別件ですが、メーカーからTourIssue商品は到着しましたでしょうか？
もし、到着商品の名前と値段が事前に分かれば教えて欲しいです。

One of those Jet speed 10.5 degree purchased on July 5 has turned out to be with an initial defect.
After having hit for about 50 times at a golf practice range, an abnormal sound was heard from inside the head like something is rolling around.
Please confirm the head condition with the attached photo.
I would like to have it replaced if you have an inventory for it. If not, please issue a refund after I return the product.
Aside of this, I was wondering if you have received those Tour Issue items from the manufacturer?
If you happen to know the product name(s) and price(s) prior to arrival, kindly advise.

There has been a fault with one of the Jet Speed 10.5 deg clubs we purchased on the 5th July.
After hitting about 50 balls at the practice course, there was an unusual [rattling sound] from inside the head.
I have attached a photo for you to confirm the head condition.
If you have stock, could you please arrange a replacement. If not then a refund after return will be required.
Also, on another matter, have the items from the maker TourIssue arrived as yet?
