9/1に新宿のカフェで予定していたレッスンですが、延期でお願いできますでしょうか。
仕事が急に忙しくなり、10月末あたりまで休日出勤が続いてしまいそうです。
来月はシンガポールへの旅行予定でしたが、厳しくなりそうです…
仕事が落ち着いたら改めてご連絡しますので、その際予定が合いましたら、またレッスンをお願いいたします。
こちらの都合で迷惑をかけてしまい、申し訳ありません。

With regard to the lessen scheduled at a cafe in Shinjuku on Sept 1, could I postpone it?
Things at work has started getting busy all of the sudden, and I am likely to be working on weekends until the end of Oct.
I was supposed to take a trip to Singapore next month, but it's likely to be cancelled...
I will get in touch with you once things started going back to normal. If our schedue meet then, I would like to take your lesson again.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Could you please schedule a lesson for me from 14:00 on 9/6, or 18:00 on 9/7? Would the venue be okay to meet you at ~ station?

Regarding the lesson that we had planned for September 1st at a café in Shinjuku, could I ask you to postpone the date?
My job has suddenly become busy, and I will have to work on my days off until about the end of October.
I was planning to travel to Singapore next month, but I may not even be able to go...
