個人的に、というよりもABCのサイトで販売して欲しいScriptがあります。アイデアの参考にしてください
1. ユーザーがアクセスするとランダムでメアドを発行(ユーザー登録不要)
2. 30分ぐらいメアドを利用できます。(送受信ボックスがあります)
3. 30分の時間が経過するとそのメアドは自動で破棄
開発の難易度は難しいでしょうか？

There is a script rather than selling at ABC site but not for personal use. Please reference this request as a part of your idea.
