This time however, has been taking way too much time.
I am going to inquire to Japan Post, but please know it will take time.
I say this because it will involve communications that goes from me--> Japan Post--> US Post--> Japan Post--> and me.
At your end, would you please also make an inquiry to your local post office?
Communication between you--> US Post--> you is the fastest way to get an answer.
Please find the attached copy of the invoice image.

We are very sorry for making you wait for a long time. It usually takes around seven days to be delivered, so I would say it's taking unusually long. I will be making an inquiry for Japanese postal office, though it also takes long because there are three steps to and from American postal office (myself, Japanese postal office and American one).
Can you please ask to American postal office as well? It should be more direct and fast to get the answer. Attached you can find a copy of the shipping document.
