I usually buying Ralph Lauren's product from oversea but I found that a tag was completely different from regular shop, so I have contacted to Ralph Lauren side since I have wondering about the product. They replied that they have never handled the goods before, threfore, I strongly wish for a refund.
I also have contacted to credit card company explained the situation, and asked them them to hold the payment.
