私は日頃、海外のラルフローレンから商品を買い付けておりますが、タグが正規店の物と全く違う物でしたので、疑問に思い、ラルフローレンに問い合わせをさせていただきました。返答はこのような商品の取り扱いはないということでしたので、即、返金を希望します。
クレジットカード会社には事情を話し、支払いを保留にしてもらってあります。

Recently I purchased Ralph Lauren products from overseas, as the tags were completely different, I inquired at Ralph Lauren. The response was they do not handle these products, therefore I request a refund.
I have contacted the credit card company and had the payment put on hold already.

I usually buying Ralph Lauren's product from oversea but I found that a tag was completely different from regular shop, so I have contacted to Ralph Lauren side since I have wondering about the product. They replied that they have never handled the goods before, threfore, I strongly wish for a refund.
I also have contacted to credit card company explained the situation, and asked them them to hold the payment.
