この2つのオーダーは5つのA以外は届いてます。

しかし7月24日にもう1つ違う注文をしています。
その注文書をこのメールに添付しました。
おそらく手違いか何かで発送されなかったのでしょう。
インボイスも貰っていないので。 
この注文から数日後、Jenniferに確認したところ、
発送は完了したと回答がありました。
それは勘違いだったのだと思います。

過ぎたことは仕方がありません。
今、私が求めているのは8月4日に送った注文書の商品と
今日追加で注文したAを3つを早急に届けてほしいということです。

From those 2 orders, everything but the 5 As has arrived.

However, on July 24th, I placed another order.
I attached its contents to this email.
Seems like they were not sent because of some mistake.
I didn't receive the invoice either.
A few days after ordering, when I checked with Jennifer,
I got a reply saying that sending was finished.
I think it was a misunderstanding.

We can't help what has already happened.
Now, what I want is the order I placed on August 4th and
an additional order I placed today: I would like you to deliver the 3 As urgently.

Regarding these 2 orders, I have received them apart from A with 5 units.

However, you ordered another item on July 24th.
I have attached an invoice with this e-mail.
It seems there was some misunderstanding, since I have not received the invoice yet.
I checked with Jennifer about this matter a few days later, and she answered she has completed the dispatch.
I believe that was a misunderstanding.

Anyway, past is the past.
I would like to receive the items that were sent on August 4th and additional 3 units of A, immediately.

I did receive the two orders except five As.

But I placed another order on July 24.
I attached the order statement to this mail.
It must have been some kinds of mistake and it was not shipped.
I haven't even received an invoice.
I contacted Jennifer a few days after the order was placed and
she responded that it was shipped.
I believe she was wrong about it.

We cannot do anything about it, what's done is done.
All I ask is that you ship the product I placed an order on August 4,
and additional three As I ordered today.

We have received only five pieces of A for these two orders, but have not received others.

I attach the purchase order at that time.

I have not even received the invoice for.
When I verified with Jennifer several days after placing this order, she told me that the shipment had been completed.
It might be her misunderstanding.
