Upon arrival of your camera, I have sent it to the repair shop because the lens surface is haze and slow shutter and shutter button was adhesive. Later the repair shop found out that the small scratch has spread over the surface of the lens which resulted in haze. This haze caused by the scratch was unable to remove, and thus was not able to resume to the normal condition. You have explained to me before it was "Optik klar", and replied to me as "●” for my questions, but it is for sure not true.

I have passed the camera you sent to me to a repairman because the lens surface is hazy and the slow shutter and shutter buttons are sticky. However, according to the repairman, there are lots of tiny scratches all over the surface which causes the haze. It's impossible to remove the haze due to scratches and to recover to operational. You explained it as "Optik klar" and answered my question that "●" which is obviously different from the fact.
