As you can see in the attached image, we have certainly shipped your item as of June 4, and it has arrived in New York on June 6. However we have not been able to track since then. A possible cause of this situation may be due to the customs inspection, or lost or stolen otherwise.
You have selected the standard shipping for your means of delivery. Your item is on insurance which covers up to $60 as per stated on the item description. We will issue you a $60 refund once you have confirmed with USPS about the your item being lost.
