I tried to send payment to your PayPal account but it doesn't work. Sending money to Ukraine is not allowed. But I still want to use PayPal for payment, so I would like to cancel this order. Thank you for your understanding.

I tried a Paypal procedure to the destination you specified earlier by e-mail once again,but I could not transfer to Ukraine, so the remittance is not settled yet.

I tried to complete the procedure to the mail address you mentioned by PayPal, but again I found out it's impossible to send money to Ukraine and can't finish this transaction. I'd like to make a payment by PayPal, so if PayPal can't be accepted for this transaction, please let me cancel it.
