今回は輸送中のダメージによりスイッチが正常に作動しなくなった可能性があります。
我々は輸送に保険をかけております。まずは到着した時点でギターが
正常に働かない事を、お客様の最寄りの郵便局へ早めに連絡をお願いします。
お客様のダメージレポートを元に、私は日本郵便へ保険の申請を行います。
あなたがダメージレポートの提出を完了したら私にご連絡をお願いします。
We conduct an inspection for all items prior to shipment to make sure that the entire electrical system works fine.
There is a possibility that the malfunction might be due to the damage caused during the shipment.
We paid for shipping insurance on your item. The first step we ask you to take is to go to the nearest post office for reporting the possible damage on the guitar confirmed at the time of delivery.
Based upon your damage report, we will file a claim with Japan post for the insurance.
Please let us know once your damage report is submitted.
We ship all guitors after confirming that their electric system normanlly work.
The switch malfunction may be due to the damage caused during transportation.
Our items are insured. We request you to claim the malfunction to postal office near by as soon as possible. Based on your dameg report, we will claim insurance to Japan Postal Office.
