2段目の左の数字(ここでは、839mAh)は、累積の容量を示します。
私は、完全放電したパワーバンクに充電を開始しました。
そして、1日たった後、パワーバンクのLEDランプは満充電を示しました。
しかし、写真の通り、839mahの電気しか流れていません。
このアイテムに、12000mahの電気をためることは出来ませんでした。

The photograph is a machine used to determine the amount of the flow of electricity.
The left number of the second row (in this case 839mAh) indicates the cumulative capacity.
I began to charge in the power bank that had been fully discharged.
Then, after one day passed, LED lamp of the power bank showed a full charge.
However, as shown in the photograph, only 839mah electricity flows.
It was not possible to store 12000mah of electricity in this item.
