Regarding the tax and additional costs on products ordered from Amazon U.S., this is the customer's own responsibility.
I advice you to check this with the Amazon U.S. customer service.
However, it is true that we didn't fully inform you as a customer of the risks involved with customs, so we do want to pay you a part of the custom costs.
Would you be able to settle on this matter if we send you a 100 dollar Amazon gift card PDF through e-mail?
