商品を開封した場合は50％を返金します。なお送料に関しては返金できません

I have received your cancel request.
When an address is wrong I think the package usually gets send back to us with a ''unknown address'' label, but if someone else took it by mistake that person would have to return it to us.
The money is returned when the product has returned to us.
Once we have confirmed that there are no problems with the product the full price will be reimbursed.
If the product has been opened 50% of the price will be returned. We also can not reimburse the shipping costs.
We will deduce 15 dollars from the money to be returned if the package arrives with a ''unknown address' label.
