住所が間違っていたとの事ですので通常であれば宛所不明という事で私達に荷物は返送されてくるかと思いますが誰かが誤って受け取った場合は荷物を私達に返送して頂く必要があります
返金は私達の元に商品が戻ってきた時点で開始されます。
商品に問題が無ければ商品代金の全額を返金します。
商品を開封した場合は50％を返金します。なお送料に関しては返金できません
また宛所不明で返送されてきた場合は返送に掛かる送料として15ドルを返金額から差引きます。

According to your explanation, the shipping address was wrong. Usually if the shipping address is wrong, the package should be returned to us from shipping company; however, we have not received it yet. If someone has accepted the package, the package must be returned to us.
We start refunding process as soon as we receive the package.
When we confirmed that the package is intact or has not any damage, we refund in full.
The package was opened we refund 50%. In such case shipping fee is not refundable.
If the package is returned as a wrong shipping address from shipping company, $15 shipping & handling fee will be applied on your refund.
