住所が間違っていたとの事ですので通常であれば宛所不明という事で私達に荷物は返送されてくるかと思いますが誰かが誤って受け取った場合は荷物を私達に返送して頂く必要があります
返金は私達の元に商品が戻ってきた時点で開始されます。
商品に問題が無ければ商品代金の全額を返金します。
商品を開封した場合は50％を返金します。なお送料に関しては返金できません
また宛所不明で返送されてきた場合は返送に掛かる送料として15ドルを返金額から差引きます。

I heard that address was wrong.
However, if address is unknown, the item is returned to us usually,
but if someone received it by mistake, the item must be returned to us.

The refunding will start when the item is returned to us.
If there is no problem on the item, we will refund in full of price of the item.
If you have already opened the item, we will refund by 50 percent.
We cannot refund the shipping charge.
If the item is returned by reason of unknown address, we will subtract 15 dollars as shipping charge
that is required for returning the item.
