I received the product. Unfourtunately, I found a few pages coming off from its spine and some scribbles. No particular description was on the statement. You don't know how disappointed I am about this consequence. If it was not a big deal I could remain patient, but since the condition was awefully bad, I would like to request for a replacement, or the entire refund including the shipping fee. Images for proof are available upon request, too. RSVP ASAP.

The item has arrived. I checked it and found some pages came off the spine of book. There are also scribbles on it. I didn't see it on the description of the item. It was really disappointing since I was looking forward to it. I would bear some minor problems but it is far worse in condition. I'd like to exchange it or have a full refund including the shipping fee. I can send you a picture of it. Please contact me ASAP. Thank you.

As I opened it, I found that some pages came off and there are also scribbles.
These things were not mentioned in the description.
I am really disappointed. I would look over, if it was minor. However, the condition is really bad, so I would like to change it.
Otherwise, I would like to have a refund including delivery cost.
If needed, I can send pictures.

i received package and found out damage which few peices are peal off from back paper and some writing by my confirmation. these damage don't stand on explanation. I was really disappointed, even I was looking forward to take. I could patience if it is small damage, however condition was too bad in this time, so I would like to change or all amount back to me include shipping cost.
