I received the product. Unfourtunately, I found a few pages coming off from its spine and some scribbles. No particular description was on the statement. You don't know how disappointed I am about this consequence. If it was not a big deal I could remain patient, but since the condition was awefully bad, I would like to request for a replacement, or the entire refund including the shipping fee.
