In the past I registered the head office as A and the brand as B.

Both of them are controlled by the same management head. However, due to some changes in the company structure, I would like to change the registration into as follows. Is it possible to do so?

Owner of both shops are the same, but is it possible to change the registration as follows due to change of company’s organization?
The change is that the previous main shop of A to the branch and previous branch shop of B to the main shop.
